Civil Engineering Design - Civil engineering design includes a full scope of services from start to completion of design projects in roadway, bridge, stormwater, sanitary & storm sewer design, site work, erosion & sedimentation control design and on-lot sewage disposal systems. TOP
 Land Surveying - We offer a full range of surveying services to our clients including boundary, property, A.L.T.A. / A.S.C.M., lots, farm surveys, construction stake-out and subdivision design. TOP
Land Development Planning - Our firm has many years of experience in land planning including full scale subdivision layout and design from conceptual sketches to final approval by municipal agencies. We will work with the client to provide the most efficient layout and design which will meet all applicable municipal ordinances as well as the client's personal needs. TOP
Penndot Permits - We offer consulting services needed to obtain highway occupancy permits (minimum use, low volume, medium volume, and high volume) for driveways that provide access to state roads including application, design, and drafting to meet all Penn D.O.T. Requirements. TOP
Environmental Permits - Our firm is capable of providing consultation and application on a variety of environmental permits including water supply permits (commercial or private), air quality permits, dam permits, waterway encroachments and any necessary permits needed for quarries, coal mining, sand & gravel, and N.P.D.E.S. permitting. TOP
Expert Witness (Court Cases) - Frederick C. Spott, P.E., P.L.S. is considered an expert witness in a variety of lawsuit cases including, but not limited to, Penn D.O.T. Condemnation cases and accident scenes. Our office will provide the client with an expert witness, and any needed technical reports and presentations to cover any engineering or surveying aspects that need to be proven in court. TOP
Cad Drafting And Design - Our office performs all drafting in-house, using up-to-date computer programs to obtain finished drawings that are computer generated and able to be easily duplicated for use by the client and/or reviewing agencies. We use AutoCAD 2000 Land Development Desktop to aid in all computer generated drawings and design. Capabilities include drafting services for Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans, Subdivision Plans, Environmental Permitting Plans, Surveys, Municipal Projects, mechanical design plans, HVAC design and plumbing design. We are also capable of producing standard and over-sized drawing plots, color prints, and blue prints. TOP |
