Frederick C. Spott & Associates, Inc. is a small business specializing in civil and environmental engineering design, surveying
projects, and client satisfaction. The firm offers the services of six full time employees, including a Professional Engineer
and two Professional Land Surveyors along with a skilled team of experienced project managers, design and CAD personnel, and
administrative staff.
Our firm has been in business since 1976 offering services to municipal, commercial, industrial, and private clients. We are
currently the Professional Consulting Engineers for a number of municipalities in Lackawanna County including Blakely Borough
and Throop Borough, and formerly Jefferson Township, Clifton Township, North Abington and Covington Township. We offer a
competitive hourly rate to perform all client services including various roadway and sewer designs (along with sidewalk and
curb design, paving projects, etc.), construction contracts, project inspection, zoning review, land development review, site
grading and drainage, erosion and sedimentation control plans, and on-lot sewage disposal systems.
